APQC research has shown that one of the biggest mistakes that KM programs make is not identifying and systematically addressing the obstacles that block employees from contributing, accessing, and reusing knowledge. The research has found the first step in developing an effective KM change management strategy is recognizing those barriers. On June 29, 2016, APQC’s Lauren Trees and Holly Lyke-Ho-Gland conducted a webinar on how to tie knowledge to process and follow-on Q&A podcast on the role of knowledge in process management. This podcast addresses some of the questions posed during the webinar.
